Refund Policy
Please note: We are happy to exchange your order if it is unworn, unmarked, and returned in its original plastic packaging within 30 days of receipt. You will need to provide photos and additional information. Delivery to us and return postage will be at your expense.
Refunds will only be issued in cases where the product is faulty, not for change of mind, and will be processed back to the original payment method.
Returns
We do not accept returns for worn or damaged items. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
For purchases using a combination of card and gift card, refunds will first be applied to the gift card.

Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned to us due to non-collection, we will make multiple attempts to contact you using the contact details provided at checkout. If we do not receive a response within 30 days of the item being returned, we reserve the right to restock or dispose of the item.
To have the order re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply. The order will only be sent out again once the address is confirmed and the shipping fee is paid.
Faulty Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item you believe is faulty or damaged, please contact us with a brief description of the issue and photographs. We will assess this under our 30-day exchange policy.
