We are currently experiencing a slight delay of 3–7 days while we wait for our carrier to release incoming stock.
All orders are printed and processed immediately in-house, but dispatch may be held until the carrier clears our goods.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

Due to updated U.S. tariff regulations, all sunglasses are subject to import duties and taxes:

  • Approx. 12% total duties (2% general duty + 10% reciprocal tariff)

  • Local state sales tax may apply depending on your delivery address

These fees are handled upfront at checkout through our partner Zonos, ensuring:

  • No surprise charges upon delivery

  • Smooth customs clearance

  • Faster processing and arrival


🌍 Worldwide Shipping (Australia Post)

Australia

  • Standard: 2–10 business days

  • Express: 2–4 business days (priority handling; public holidays may impact timing)

New Zealand

  • Standard: 7–22 business days

  • Express (UPS): 1–7 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard: 7–25 business days

  • Express (UPS): 1–7 business days

Please note: We ship quickly, but cannot control unexpected carrier delays.


Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

Any import taxes or duties charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Safar Shadez is not liable for these additional fees.


Pre-Orders

If you order a pre-order item, please allow 2–6 weeks for manufacturing and postal turnaround.
You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • Next update once the order has been dispatched


Return to Sender Policy

If your parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Not being collected from the post office

  • Failure to pay import taxes or duties

  • Any customer error

A re-shipping fee will apply.
If the customer chooses not to pay for re-shipping:

  • Shipping costs are forfeited

  • Refund/store credit is product cost only, minus the original shipping expense
